From the original enquiry we were very well looked after. The vehicle was presented by Kirk who went through all the features and benefits of the car and also on the test drive everything was explained further . There felt like no pressure and everything was relaxed through the whole process.
From first contacting, Kirk was really helpful and went above and beyond other dealers. We’d arranged a test drive, coming from an hour away, and stopped at another dealer on the way which was a really different and negative experience. I was so pleased that while I’d been at the other dealer, Kirk had sent me a great little video of the car, confirmed it was all set up and had plenty of information. Test drive was great, he had all the service history ready, and over the next couple of days was so helpful with the part exchange and purchase (even when we couldn’t find the v5c at the last minute).
